With Love From Accord Lets

AN extra £25 in their pockets plus a bottle of Champagne and box of chocolates provided a welcome start for two Accord Lets tenants when they moved into their new home in Davidson Avenue, Leamington Spa.

For Venkata Raghavan and Vanitha Padmanabhan were the lucky winners of Accord's prize draw celebrating Valentine's Day.

All new tenants from both the Birmingham city centre and Leamington Spa offices during Valentine's week received £25 off their administration fee, but only Venkata and Vanitha won the romantic goodies, to celebrate finding a new home.

The promotion was Accord's way of celebrating a record January, with business up 35% on January 2008.

"We are exceptionally fortunate to have escaped the ravages of the recession and felt this was a great way to say thank you to our customers and welcome new ones," said Accord Lets' managing director, Carl Mimmack.

"Passion about our business is at the heart of our success so a Valentine offer was the perfect way to pass it along".
