Follow the A452 Leamington Road
At the first island, take the second exit A452 (If approaching from Junction 13, take the third exit)
At the second island, take the second exit, continuing straight ahead on the A452.
You will pass a BMW dealership and a Volvo dealership on the right hand side, continue on and you will see a road on the right hand side, alongside the Cheltenham & Gloucester building. This is Olympus Avenue.
Follow Olympus Avenue to the end where you will see the Olympus Court development in front of you.
The Accord Management Centre is located in Unit 4, the fourth unit from the right.

On leaving the office turn left out of Newbold Terrace onto the Parade
Follow the A452 out of Leamington signposted M40 turning right at the traffic lights and passing the railway station on the right
Proceed to the next roundabout and turn left
At the next roundabout take third turn off into Europa Way
The first turning on the left is Olympus Avenue by the Courtyard Hotel
Follow Olympus Avenue to the end where you will see the Olympus Court development in front of you.
